Private Provider Blood Test with postage
A home visit at a time to suit you to perform bloods requested by a private practitioner or clinic (they must provide a blood request form and kit or suitable instructions as to what bottles are permitted and how and where to send the samples).
Regular Testing
A 10% discount will be applied to those wishing to book 3 or more blood tests to be completed in the following 12 months.

Mileage Charge
Visits are subject to a mileage charge of 45p per mile on distances of more than 10 miles from Metheringham, Lincoln.
